Welcome to The Email Company. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our services, including the Love Mail app and any other related services provided by The Email Company. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our services.


1. Acceptance of Terms


By accessing or using The Email Company services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should stop using our services immediately.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of The Email Company services will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months (if any) or €100, whichever is greater.
